Process Engineer Suspension

Are you the technical point of contact for a product? And can you take full responsibility for the entire technical coordination and communication with the internal organisation? Then we are looking for you!

This is you:

Mifa-contract.jpg Has a completed MBO-4/HBO study, preferably Mechanical Engineering;
mifa-work-01.jpg Has experience with programming, preferably Fanuc and TopSolid;
mifa-badge-with-a-star-01.jpg You are prepared to make robot programming (ABB) your own;
Mifa-contract.jpg Quality conscious, stress resistant, flexible and strives for maximum efficiency;
mifa-team-01.jpg A strong team player, but must also be able to work independently;
mifa-grid-world.jpg Is communicative and analytical strong;
like.jpg Has a hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skills;
mifa-work-01.jpg Has extensive experience in the machining industry (turning).

This is what you are going to do:

like.jpg You will be responsible for the total work preparation of new and repeat products;
mifa-work-01.jpg In close consultation with your colleagues, you determine together the processing and clamping methods to be chosen;
mifa-shield.jpg The goal is to have the entire process from start to delivery run smoothly, through optimal organisation of the production process and correct technical work preparation;
Mifa-contract.jpg Process stability is central to being able to deliver the right quality to the customer;
Mifa-contract.jpg In addition, you are able to produce the first prototypes on the cell until the process is in place and can be transferred to production;
mifa-networking-01.jpg You also function as a contact point for process and quality questions from colleagues in production (troubleshooter).

In short, you are occupied with:

  • With the internal organisation you coordinate the technical aspects of products, quality problems and possibilities for optimisation.
  • The start-up and supervision of a new project or product.
  • Creating CNC programs for the turning centres.
  • Designing and inventing special cutting tools (specials).
  • Creating measuring instructions.
  • Managing the NC-programs.
  • Monitoring, respectively analysing, the production process.
  • Seeing improvement possibilities in the field of working methods, processing steps and cycle times and implementing these.
