We call our colleagues precision heroes: each of them has their own qualities and skills, but they all share one thing. Precision.

#1 Our goalie – Finance
Just like a real goalkeeper, the Finance department guards the organization’s goal. From preparing and producing internal and external reports to managing all incoming and outgoing cash flows, these players keep an overview, react sharply, and ensure that everything runs smoothly on the financial side.
Administration, communication, and the monthly and annual closing processes are also in safe hands with this last line of defense. Because with a strong goalkeeper behind the team, the organisation stays in balance.
#2 Right back – Surface treatment
The right back is always on the move. Versatile and reliable: just like Mifa’s surface treatment team. With fully automated lines and smart technological solutions, they play an important role in the overall process.
From electrochemical and galvanic surface treatments to applying polymer layers via dip, spray, and powder coating processes: these players switch effortlessly between technology, precision, and quality.
#3 Center back – Operational Excellence
The center back maintains calm, keeps the overview, and ensures the team stands strong. Within Operational Excellence, everything revolves around continuously improving processes, collaboration, and performance.
This player analyses, optimises, and supports the organisation to operate slimmer, schoner and scherper, every day. From identifying improvement opportunities to guiding optimisation projects: Operational Excellence forms the stable foundation of our team.
#4 Center back (and Captain) – Engineering
The second center back forms the stable foundation of the team: strong in overview, communication, and precision. That is exactly the role of the Product & Cost Engineering department within Mifa.
From technical preparation to developing and optimising processes, this player ensures that everything behind the scenes is perfectly set up. With technical expertise, an eye for detail, and strong collaboration with different departments, this team safeguards the quality and progress of the game.
#5 Left back – Sales
The left back is full of energy. They are always ready to launch the attack. That fits perfectly with Sales at Mifa.
These players communicate quickly with customers, think along in solutions, and ensure strong collaborations. From the very first contact to guiding projects: Sales keeps the overview and continuously responds to the customer’s needs.
#6 Right midfielder – Extrusion (Cutting Operator)
Our right midfielder keeps the overview, maintains control, and ensures the perfect finishing touch. As a Cutting Operator, you make sure that profiles are sawed and finished accurately according to the specified tolerances and customer requirements.
With technical insight, you optimally set up the sawing machines, operate them independently, and continuously focus on quality, safety, and delivery time. This player stays sharp down to the last millimeter.
#10 Central midfielder – Extrusion (die correction)
The playmaker of the midfield: our own Die Correction department. These players ensure that everything is perfectly set up. Within this department, dies are prepared, corrected, and optimised so that the extrusion process can run accurately and efficiently.
This player safeguards the foundation of quality and ensures that the entire team can keep performing. Because only with proper preparation can the whole team continue to perform at the highest level.
#8 Left midfielder – Extrusion
The left midfielder brings energy and speed to the game. Within the Extrusion department, high-quality precision profiles are produced that form the basis for a wide range of high-tech applications. Here, everything revolves around craftsmanship, collaboration, and accuracy.
With technical insight and a sharp eye for quality, this player ensures that the production process runs smoothly and that every extrusion meets the highest standards. An important link in the midfield of our precision team.
#7 Right winger – Finishing
The right winger delivers the perfect finishing touch and brings quality down to the finest details. Within Finishing, profiles are processed with extreme precision. Every player within the team works from their own area of expertise to achieve the best end result.
With an open and informal culture and pride in the product, our attacker stays visible and continuously helps the team improve.
#9 Striker – Sales (Sales and Customer Service)
The striker is in direct contact with the customer and knows how to turn opportunities into results. Within this department, everything revolves around collaboration and understanding customer needs. From account management to daily customer support: the players keep the overview and switch quickly.
With commercial insight, communication, and a strong focus on service, this striker ensures that customers can rely on quality, reliability, and strong collaboration.
#11 Left winger – Sales (Marketing)
Our left winger brings creativity, speed, and visibility to the game. Within Sales & Marketing, it is not only about customer contact, but also about strengthening the Mifa brand and creating new opportunities.
From marketing campaigns and communication to generating leads: this player ensures that Mifa remains visible at the right moments and that new possibilities are created. A creative attacker with an eye for connection and results.
Coach – Surface treatment
The coach maintains the overview, brings players together, and gets the best out of the team. Since 2018, Mifa Surface Treatment has been part of Mifa, and we manage the entire process in-house. This has created a powerful extension within our overall process.
