The position
You ensure the timely delivery, assembly, and quality control of tools, measuring equipment, and molds, enabling optimal operation of the CNC machines. You manage molds and tools and are responsible for location management.
You perform measurements, create measurement programs, place orders, and provide technical support in tool assembly and tool type selection. In addition, you prepare work instructions and deliver training sessions. You are responsible for ordering tools, managing inventory, and maintaining the tool management system (TDM).
You participate in improvement projects (such as TDM and 7S) and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. You align improvement initiatives with team leaders and team members.
Additionally you are responsible for tasks such as oil management for our CNC machines.
The team
The high-tech machine park of the Machining department consists of CNC machining centers, including both fully automated and semi-automated machines. Production is carried out with tolerances of ± 0.02 mm and wall thicknesses starting from 0.25 mm. Profile sizes range from Ø 3 mm up to Ø 180 mm. In addition, the department includes the Work Preparation and Tooling Warehouse teams.
