Meet Mifa

At Mifa, students and pupils of technological universities and schools get the opportunity to further develop their talents. We offer students and pupils the opportunity to get acquainted with our profession: aluminium technology, and precision extrusion in particular. To accomplish this we undertake various activities in collaboration with universities and technical schools, including Delft University of Technology, Fontys University of Applied Sciences' International Campus Venlo and Eindhoven Campus (Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics study programmes), Gilde Opleidingen senior secondary vocational school in Venlo, and the machining programme at Scholengemeenschap Harlindis en Relindis senior secondary school in Maaseik, Belgium.

In cooperation with these schools we offer the following possibilities:

  • Work placements/work placement assignments in which you can get acquainted with the profession and so too with a job opportunity at Mifa.
  • Final projects. A potential job upon graduation/finishing school.
  • A guided tour at Mifa.
  • Presentation at school, provided by our employees.
