We offer internships for various courses within the areas of Technology and Production, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources. We have mentored interns from different backgrounds in the past, such as Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, International business and many more.
As a collaborative intern, you will work within one of the fields offered by Mifa. You will work alongside our colleagues for approximately 38 hours a week. We offer varied tasks, so every day will be a different experience. You will be seen as a real team member and you will learn the tricks of the trade with us.
We offer internships for both MBO and HBO students, with a wide range of possibilities. You can also do a school assignment at Mifa, which we will design together with you.

Roel heeft in juni 2022 zijn stage bij ons afgerond en is nu fulltime werkzaam bij Mifa:
“Vanaf het eerste gesprek was ik heel enthousiast. De sfeer bij Mifa is heel fijn, het is een groot bedrijf maar je kent iedereen heel snel. Iedereen staat voor je klaar en helpt je graag. Dat is niet alleen fijn werken, maar je voelt je ook meteen welkom. Aan het einde van mijn stage kwam er een functie vrij en daar werd ik voor gevraagd. Ik was blij dat ze mij die kans gaven en het is ook een goed teken dat het bedrijf graag in een stagiair, een beginner, investeert.
Je mag altijd eigen ideeën inbrengen en daar wordt goed naar geluisterd. Ook als stageplek zou ik het zeker aanraden. Je wordt heel goed begeleid en geen vraag is te veel, zowel inhoudelijk over de processen als over het onderzoek dat ik moest doen en het verslag dat ik daarbij moest schrijven. Mijn begeleider heeft met me meegelezen voordat ik het inleverde, om te kijken of het tekstueel ook allemaal klopte. Het is echt dat extra stapje dat ze hier voor elkaar zetten dat ik zo mooi vind.”
